Before you write

I am an independent guide rather than a booking platform or a government agency, so there are three things I genuinely cannot do. I cannot change, refund or cancel a tour booking — that is GetYourGuide, through the confirmation email they sent you. I cannot sell, refund or look up a park pass, because those come from the National Park Service and Recreation.gov. And I cannot waive the non-resident surcharge for anybody, which I mention only because I have been asked.

What I am useful for

Which of the six tours suits your party, whether your dates are a good month for animals, whether the annual pass beats paying at the gate for the trip you are planning. A lot of it is already written down: start with all Grand Teton tours and the reviews, or go straight to the entrance fee page if the question is purely what the gate will cost you.

Corrections are the emails I like best. Fees, opening arrangements and tour inclusions all move, and if a detail here has gone stale I would rather hear it from you than leave it up.
